Strikeforce Bantamweight Alexis Davis and Dayboll Jiu Jitsu Part Ways

Alexis Davis and Master Dave Dayboll

After a long and successful relationship, Dayboll Jiu Jitsu and Alexis Davis have decided to part ways. Dayboll Jiu-Jitsu has long been a successful and growing academy in both the U.S. and Canada. Within that growth was  woman's MMA superstar Alexis Davis who's rise to notoriety success has been nothing less than impressive.
Both brought a chemistry to her performances that yielded success and consistency.

That team has seen success in a long career in the who's who of WMMA in the now popular bantamweight  woman's division that Strikeforce has taken a solid    position on building.

Alexis' recently fought Sarah Kaufman in the Tate vs Rousey,  Strikeforce card. She fought Sarah Kaufman in what has been described as the woman's fight of the year thus far. The controversial nod tipped in the favor of Kaufman.

It appears that agreements could not be reached in an effort to continue the two parties working further. It is known that Dayboll Jiu Jitsu will continue to build star athletes and continue it's growth in both the BJJ and MMA industry and platform.

Alexis Davis is currently looking to scout the path of success that best suits her. It is not currently known where that decision is leaning toward in terms of a new camp. Alexis' next opponent is not known at this time either.

Addison Sports Management and Media will continue to work with both parties going forward and we hope all the best for both parties in their continued growth and success.
