Our first guest is one you might not know much about, but trust me when she makes her MMA Debut at Invicta she’s looking to leave it imprinted on your brain. Olympic Medalist Randi Miller is kicking things off this show and we have plenty to talk to her about. Randi is a beast on the wrestling mat taking Bronze at the 2008 games. We will talk to her about having been successful at such a level and how that will transfer over to MMA. We will also talk to Randi about making her debut as a pro on such an important card for the sport. Our next guest is one that the show is familiar with since she was an amateur. Ashley “Smashley” Cummins is back on the show and she’s bringing a solid 2-0 record with her. Ashley fights out of St. Charles MMA and you might remember that name as Alp trains over there, so you know St. Charles MMA don’t play. Ashley is getting ready to take on Sofia Bagherdai in what should be a great fight. We will talk to Ashley about training and still doing her day job. (Let’s just say, she don’t sit at a desk) You know we have to talk this match up and being on this fight card, as well as her last two fights. Well it’s only fitting that we have the other half of the Ashley Cummins fight on, Sofia Bagherdai is kicking off the second hour. Sofia is bringing in a record of 4-1 and some serious experience her only loss coming from a very tough Carina Damm. Sofia is coming off a decisive victory over Angela Hayes in Oct at CXF. We will talk to Sofia about training for Ashley and being the veteran taking on the young up and comer. Sofia is friends with one of the best females in the game and I’m talking about @DrewJitsu543 aka Courtney Drew Cardoza, so we will have to talk a lil about her as well with Sofia. The shop could get wrecked the last half hour cause The “Girl-Rilla” Liz Carmouche is smashing through. Liz is set to take on Ashleigh Curry at Invicta FC. Liz is looking to get back to her winning ways after facing two of the toughest females in the sport. Liz has no problem taking the fight to the ground or putting her fist on the side of her opponents face. I can’t wait to talk to Liz about how jacked she is to get inside the cage and get a chance to pick up a win. This training camp and how intense it was.
