In the championship headliner, newly crowned heavyweight titleholder Mike Hayes (18-4-1) rematches fellow American D.J. Linderman (11-3).
The main-card stream begins at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT (7 p.m. IST local time) on MMAjunkie.com following three prelims on Cage Warriors' Facebook page.
Hayes, who won the Cage Warriors' heavyweight title with a third-round submission victory over Andreas Kraniotakes in March, first fought Linderman back in 2009 at a regional Alliance Fights show in Washington. Linderman won the bout via unanimous decision, but their paths never crossed when they both subsequently joined Bellator.
In the co-headliner, British fighter Dave Hill (10-2) meets Dublin hometown hero Conor McGregor (10-2), who's won six straight fights. The winner of the five-round fight gets Cage Warriors' vacant featherweight title.
In another featured bout, Dublin's Aisling Daly (13-2) faces fellow notable Rosi Sexton (12-2) in a women's tournament bout. The victor fights finalist Sheila Gaff (10-4) for Cage Warriors' super-flyweight (125-pound) belt this summer.
Other bouts include former UFC fighter David Bielkheden (17-10) against Irish welterweight Cathal Pendred (9-2-1) and Irish flyweight Neil Seery (9-9) against Mark Platts (10-7).
