UFC on FX Post-Fight Press Conference Recap

Read below to see who took home Fight Night bonuses at UFC on FX...

Five fighters - along with UFC President Dana White - attended the UFC on FX post-fight press conference: Erick Silva, Demetrious Johnson, Ian McCall, Eddie Wineland and Mike Pyle.

Fight of the Night went to Wineland and Scott Jorgensen, who engaged in an exciting back-and-forth brawl. After trading strikes and takedowns in the first round, Jorgensen landed a knee in the second frame that opened a nasty gash above Wineland's eye. A bloody Wineland fired back with a three-punch combination that sent Jorgensen crashing to the mat, and the ref immediately stepped in to stop the fight.

Pyle was awarded Knockout of the Night for his first-round starching of the durable Josh Neer. With mere seconds left in the round, Pyle landed a right hook that put Neer to sleep. Pyle didn't bother to follow up with ground strikes, and walked away with his hands raised as the ref waved off the fight.

Submission of the Night was given to Silva for his first-round tapout of Charlie Brenneman. Silva defended a Brenneman takedown, took his opponent's back, and quickly sunk in a rear naked choke. In three UFC appearances, Silva has yet to see the second round.

Each bonused fighter received $40,000 for their efforts.
