"We feel that Vanessa will be a good addition to the ASMM roster and we actually have a fight signed with her later in the summer against a great opponent. It was a tough loss for her at Invicta but it just clearly wasn't her night. I feel that she will be able to show what an athlete and competitor she is going forward. What we are also attracted to is the fact that Vanessa is involved with the sport successfully in other areas such as strength and conditioning nutrition. She is extremely active aside from her MMA career and knows that there is life after competition. She is putting the moves in place to secure that life."
