ASMM Brings Absolute Action MMA VP of Operations, Billy Donovan on Board as an Associate Athlete Manager

Billy Donovan

Billy Donovan, Current VP of Operations and Match Maker of Absolute Action MMA and the 2011 Match Maker of the year award winner in the state of KY has been involved promoting and/or Match Making MMA events since 2008.

Donovan has hosted and matched the first ever all female MMA event in the state of KY's history in October 2010. Donovan,  who has spent the majority of his life in the dealer finance industry as well as dealer principle for his own Automotive dealerships has taken MMA on as a full time way of life promoting and match making 28 shows over the past 2 years alone including multiple charity shows like the annual Christmas toy drive MMA events to help benefit local children in the city he lives in.

Donovan is also a community leader volunteering time with the Cincinnati Dream Center (A Community action organization based in the Greater Cincinnati Area) and a proud father to his 14 year old son Blake is very happy to be joining the ASMM team with a goal in mind to provide dynamic opportunity to athletes with whom he is dedicated to assisting in their journey to get to the top!

"We have had a relationship with Billy Donovan for about the last year. He was a huge supporter of our signing of Jessamyn Duke. He along with Sam Wilson have been huge advocates for FMMA and our involvement in it. With the growth in the industry of FMMA it just made sense to bring him aboard. Billy has a pretty broad knowledge base of the up and coming talent in the southern U.S and the mid-west. He will be scouting and signing prospects as he sees fit as well as input regarding future signings of athletes. We are pretty excited about bringing him on to take on a fair amount of the responsibilities in our athlete management program. I think he will prove as a great asset as part of the team as an associate manager "
