Both riding 4 fight win streaks as pros, Kheyfets (4-0) has finished two of her opponents as a pro, with an exciting decision win over veteran fighter Molly Helsel this past October.
Clark (4-1) finished all of her last four opponents, chalking up a 10 second knockout last year versus April Courtino.
The fight will air on HDNet at 6 p.m. pacific/9 p.m. eastern Friday night.
